Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand) electronic producer, DJ and songwriter Lauren Gin is set to release her much anticipated EP, Adrenaline, on October 27.

Adrenaline showcases Lauren Gin’s undeniable talent as both a songwriter and producer. The 5-track EP features captivating collaborations with local artists such as JANAYAH and Reshma. It's a snapshot of Lauren Gin's life, expertly displaying her energetic and extremely active lifestyle, while also creating bangers to excite her listeners. "I'm an energetic person and live an adrenaline-powered life," says Lauren Gin. "I have hobbies and interests that are fuelled by adrenaline, and I have put that energy into this body of work. These songs are meant to capture the feeling of living life to the fullest and embracing all the excitement that comes with it."

Adrenaline features Lauren Gin's signature sound of dynamic mixes of heavy trap and future bass. Presented in the EP is the title track 'Adrenaline,' the mysterious and euphoric single ‘Flight ft. Reshma,’ followed by ‘Walk Away,' and the chart-topping ‘Remedy ft. JANAYAH' which charted at No.4 on the Official Hot 20 NZ Singles Chart (NZ Music Charts) and received extensive airplay from George FM, ZM, and The Edge.

Closing off the EP is the fiercely bass-driven single ‘Don't Stop,’ a classic high-energy Lauren Gin track which never fails to get the crowd moving.

Lauren Gin has quickly become a recognisable figure in the electronic music scene. Inspired by producers such as Flume, and Quix, Lauren Gin continues to break down barriers in a male-dominated industry as a third-generation Chinese-Kiwi woman. When she’s not on the stage she is dedicated to supporting women in music and business, and her hard work has been recognised by Forbes in their 30 Under 30 for her contributions to supporting women-led startups with Icehouse Ventures.

Not one to stop there, her talent has taken her beyond the shores of Aotearoa New Zealand, with successful performances in LA, Bali, and Portland (Oregon).

Today she spends time in Sydney exploring Australian horizons, and with the release of the Adrenaline EP Lauren Gin is closing off 2023 with a bang. She is certainly a producer, DJ and songwriter to keep a keen eye on as she continues to carve out her mark in the electronic music scene.
